Payment information

The payment of the vehicle is always done on your arrival at our office/airport with your desired method. We do NOT charge anything on our website. The invoice/receipt that you receive after booking your vehicle only indicates the amount that you will have to pay on your arrival!

 

Airport arrival instructions

There will be an employee waiting for your at your selected airport with a sign/phone with your surname on it, to escort you to our office/parking.

 

Collision damage Zero Excess

The renter is not obligated to pay in case of an accident that is not responsible for.

 

Theft protection

The renter is insured in cas of the car is stolen. The rente is not insured for his belongings that may be stolen from the interior of the car.

 

Fuel PolicOption 1: Collect full return emty. Renter can pay the additional cost in our website and he will recieve the car with a full tank . Car then can be returned emty.

Option 2: Return as collected. Renter has to return the car at the same level as it was when he picked the car. 

 

New fleet

Well maintained and new and modern fleet .

 

Flight Delays

Not aditional charges for flight delays.

 

Booking Cancellation

No charges for booking cancellations. E-mail us for cancellation with your booking number and your name.

 

Driving License

Drivers must hold a valid license for at least 5 years. European license is accepted but international license is required for the rest of the countries.

 

Traffic Violations

Any violation of the Greek traffic laws and the fines that come with it is the renter’s responsibility.

 

Taxes

24% TAX is included in the price.

 

Mileage

Unlimited millage is included in the price.

 

Additional drivers

You can add one additional driver per vehicle free of charge.

 

Car replacement

In case of accident or breakdown the car will be replaced within 24 hours from the incident. If the breakdown or the accident was against the terms and conditions, we have the right to deny replacement

Use of the car

The renter is not covered by the insurance in the case of: driving the car off road and in unauthorized roads, causing a damage bellow the car is not covered by any insurance, the renter violates traffic laws, the car is taking part in unofficial races, road races, contests etc., the car is driven from anybody  disqualified to drive a car and from a non-registered driver in the contract, the vehicle is operated outside the contract period, the vehicle is willfully damaged by the renter.
